In the world of executive leadership, the support of a strong network is everything. Reflecting on my journey, I am lucky enough to have the support of an amazingly loving family, an awesome company, and colleagues who have grown with me over the years.
Completing my MBA was an intense and exhausting experience, but it provided me with lifelong skills that remain central to my role as Group COO today. It gave me a deep confidence in the ability to do more than what I imagined possible—a new understanding of endurance and how much we can achieve when we refuse to limit ourselves.
As Group COO of JAG Method, I often look back on how team diversity and structured collaboration create real value. My MBA experience was the ideal platform for learning how to perform at my best, both as a leader and as a teammate. It showed me how education and the right tools empower us with the power of choice and the ability to look at business challenges from many different angles.
I now carry a deep commitment to sharing information and fostering growth. We do not all receive the same opportunities, and I see how knowledge and the learning of new skills give people the power to build and grow their own environments. Today, I have the opportunity to give back to my family, this company, and my colleagues by growing our industry and ensuring that every lesson learned is put to work for our collective success.
